Penny is a Sussex-based artist who specialises in hand-painted, quality bespoke murals; botanical watercolours, and landscapes of the surrounding countryside.
At an early age, she started to produce murals (including trompe l’oeil and scenic views) and developed her passion for depicting the natural world. After finishing her first degree, Penny went on to study Fine Art at London’s City Lit, followed by achieving a Diploma (Merit) with the prestigious Society of Botanical Artists. She exhibits regularly, accepts private commissions from all over the country, and many of her images are available as cards and giclée prints.
Penny’s work has been published in numerous magazines including Country Living, Homes & Gardens, and 25 Beautiful Homes.
She lives in a leafy village with her husband, son and mischievous cat, and is more than happy to discuss any projects you might have in mind.

"I had seen Penny's art work and loved the level of detail she included. I mentioned to a friend that I wanted to have a mural painted in my Orangery, she knew Penny personally and recommended her. I was rather nervous about it but once Penny and I discussed it and she did some sketches, I was confident it would be exactly what I was looking for. Penny was calm and confident in her first outline sketch and was soon onto painting and adding the detail which brought the whole thing to life. She also took the time to make sure that I was happy with every phase and the details she added. I love the mural and it is much admired by friends and family when they visit. I couldn't recommend Penny highly enough, she is a very talented artist and a lovely person, who thoroughly enjoys producing her beautiful work."
